As a Key Account Manager, reporting to the Manager National Key Accounts, you will be key in driving the development, management, and execution of critical initiatives in retail chains and wholesalers in Norway, ensuring alignment with the company’s smoke free journey.


Managing a wide range of collaborators, both internal and external, you will:


• Lead the collaboration with assigned smaller Key Accounts to drive business growth and to deliver against commercial targets.

• Contribute to the work of crafting material for sales meetings, new products and annual negotiation presentations.

• Assist the department with various reporting.

• Contribute to projects /ad hoc requests across the organisation.

• Support the team in coordinating & implementing projects across all Key Accounts (e.g. consumer programs, product launches, etc.)

• Work closely with the Field Sales team to support flawless execution of initiatives at retail level.

• Analyze market, channel and customer performance to identify opportunities for growth in Indirect Retail.



We’re looking for someone with:


• University degree in Business Administration or Economics

• First experience in Sales, Category Management or Marketing, ideally in FMCG

• Good knowledge of retail landscape in Norway

• Proficiency in Norwegian and English is required

• Strong communication & presentation skills

• Skilled In Excel & PowerPoint

• Self-driven, analytical with strong attention to detail
