What we can offer you

If we look beyond the fact that you would get to work with some of the greatest minds in our industry, extraordinary people from all over the world, here’s some of the things you can expect as a Structural Engineer in Ocean Installer:

• Perform structural engineering and design to seafastening design, design of design of installation aids, subsea permanent structure
• Produce structural engineering reports and drawings for fabrication and design items
• Provide technical input into vessel design (e.g. deck strength &capacity)
• Follow up subcontractors for fabrication of equipment and installation aids
• Provide input to dynamic installation analysis as required.
• Undertake offshore trips as required
• Attend vessel mobilisations when required

Who we’re looking for

This means that we need to find the people that complement our existing colleagues, and someone that meet the requirements within our projects. So, if you do possess some of these qualities, we could be a perfect match:

• Engineering degree, Master or Bachelor
• Minimum 5 years experience within SURF industry
• Experience with Subsea Permanent Structure Design/Design follow-up is preferable
• Experience with fabrication package follow-up will be an advantage
• Experience with STAAD and MathCAD is compulsory
• Experience with ANSYS FEA packages is preferable
• Ready to work in global environment and to support Ocean Installer’s o?ces in several regions of world
