About the role

In collaboration with Pexip we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, a company focused on making video conferencing accessible, interoperable, and user-friendly. The job involves maintaining CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, to ensure data integrity and process consistency. Responsibilities include cleaning up systems based on business cases, analyzing data for trends and improvement opportunities, troubleshooting HubSpot, and collaborating with various teams to drive operational improvements.

Work tasks

  • Monitor and maintain CRM systems for data integrity and process consistency
  • Clean up systems based on business cases and best practices
  • Administer and troubleshoot HubSpot, managing workflows, forms, and tickets
  • Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure all inbound leads are followed up on by the sales organization. Optimize lead process through the help of lead scoring and sales excellence processes.

We are looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or minimum 2 years sales and marketing operations experience
  • Preferable knowledge of working with HubSpot or Salesforce, but if you have worked within other CRM systems you are also welcome to apply
  • Strong English communication skills
