Product Manager Mobility

THE OPPORTUNITY IN A NUTSHELL

You? You are a senior product manager with some years of experience from building and shipping digital user centric products (i.e. SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce or similar). You have the ability to engage with everyone - in a constructive and collaborative relationship. Collaboration is the key that together will lead the team to results and success.

Role? As a Product Manager for Mobility Pro Tools, you will join our newly formed third Pro team and assume responsibility for key functionality in our expanding offering. You have a central role in finding the best opportunities for our products and developing solutions that our users love, and that creates value for our business.

Location? We embrace a hybrid work approach and invite you to join us in our office in Oslo for 2-3 days a week. This allows for collaboration and meaningful connections with your team. If you’re not the working from home kind of person, you are of course welcome in our office every day.

Company? FINN.no recently joined forces with Bilbasen and DBA in Denmark, Oikotie and Tori in Finland, and Blocket in Sweden, collectively forming Schibsted Nordic Marketplaces. Together, we serve over 325 million monthly visits.

In Mobility and within our Business Area “Dealers & OEM:s”, we custom build solutions that help professional sellers offer delightful, highly digitised customer experiences to their buyers. We help them stand out, and make data driven decisions throughout the vehicle life cycle. More than 7.000 dealers in the Nordics use our services on an almost daily basis, and more and more OEMs are joining us every month.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You are a senior product manager with some years of experience from building and shipping digital user centric products (i.e. SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce or similar)

• You master the techniques and methods of modern product discovery, product delivery and management of the complete product lifecycle.

• You love to interact with customers and users , to learn from them and to leverage their feedback into better product decisions.

• You have experience from working with cross functional product teams , stakeholder management and know how to set and communicate a clear vision, strategy and roadmap. You are a good facilitator and communicator.

• You are comfortable in generating and mixing qualitative and quantitative data to make insightful decisions and actively work with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Optimizely etc.

• It’s a bonus if you have experience from online marketplaces or/and from the automotive or border mobility industry.

By the time you and I leave Schibsted, the mobility market will have undergone major transformations and we will have played central roles in making it happen. I joined Blocket in September of 2021 after a long career in digital strategy and product development to be a part of this particular journey and look forward to welcoming you aboard. As a PM, you will have a direct impact on the direction and value delivery of the Motor product, and we will challenge each other to start with the user, maintain a holistic perspective and think critically.
