Job Description:

• Develop Integrated Project Schedule and detail schedules in accordance with defined project framework.
• Progress monitoring and schedule updating
• Prepare and follow-up project plans, turnaround plans, milestones, and project target dates.
• Monitor schedule criticalities and advise if any activities require corrective actions to avoid schedule delays.
• Follow up of Contractors and Vendors Project Plans and ensure compliance with defined overall project schedule and milestones.
• Drive the respective project baseline processes for planning in accordance with guidelines and best practice.
• Analysis of schedule impact for proposed/implemented changes
• Co-ordinate the completion of planning/scheduling input to the monthly reporting on dedicated projects working closely with project team members to establish planning/scheduling information and performance
• Focal point for interfacing with relevant teams for reporting requirements
• Contribute to keeping Company's governing documents within project planning and reporting up to date
   

• MSc or BSc in Business Administration, Engineering, or a technical certificate in Construction Management
• Daily hands-on experience in use of Professional Project Planning software (e.g., Safran Project, Primavera P6).
• Schedule Risk Analysis tools and methodology experience.
• PEM (Project Execution Methodology) knowledge and experience
• Preferable with experience from Early Phase/FEED project planning (DG1, DG2, DG3) with belonging planning and scheduling deliverables
• Preferable with planning experience from turnarounds and topside modifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
