Job Description
-
Ensure that Procurement is done in accordance with Company rules and regulations as well as public law
-
Preparation and maintenance of procurement plans
-
Preparation of Inquiries, clarifications, evaluations and placing of orders
-
Order follow-up
-
Keep the project personnel aware of the procurement status.
Qualification Requirements
-
Relevant previous experience in an offshore procurement and/or logistic environment
-
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, accounting, procurement or similar
-
Experience with SAP is considered an advantage
-
Structural orientated and having attention to details
-
Service minded and team worker (ability to interact and develop good working relationships)
-
Proactive and interest to adopt knowledge of the project operational/technical work scope
-
Oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.

General computer skills (Word/XL), ERP System
