As the Office Coordinator at Argeo you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting other functions with administrative tasks. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for clients and office visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinating facility management services, including cleaning, canteen, security services, and building maintenance.
  • Keeping all office supplies stocked and office equipment in working order.

  • Planning and organizing in-house or off-site events 
  • Developing and implementing office processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Handling travel arrangements for employees and managing travel booking systems.
  • Providing administrative support to other functions, e.g. HR and Crewing
  • Supporting HSEQ-related tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian
  • Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience in developing internal procedures and systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in carrying out administrative duties.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
