Join fast growing tech-company as Senior UX/UI-designer

Are you interested in joining a fast-growing cloud storage company that competes with big names like Dropbox and Google? We're looking for someone to help us improve our product across web, iOS, Android, and desktop platforms. In this role, you'll play an important part in shaping our service and making key product development decisions. You'll handle various design tasks and be involved in the entire process, from the initial idea to the finished product.

Key responsibilities

• Be an integral part of the Product team (now consisting of Senior designer, Product manager, and QA-tester) to plan projects that align with our goals and strategy
• Translate concepts into user flows and wireframes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Evaluate existing user flows and interfaces to identify areas that need improvement
• Closely collaborate and share with our in-house development teams and other departments during the design process
• Proficiency in using Figma to create sketches and specifications for our digital solutions
• Facilitate and participate in workshops with team members across the company
• Use and potentially contribute to our design systems to maintain consistency across Jottacloud
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback and analytics to identify user pain points and needs
• Carry out usability tests internally and externally

• Relevant education
• 4+ years of experience from similar work
• Ability to conduct a structured design process with a focus on involvement across the company
• Visual competency and understanding
• Solution-oriented and flexible attitude
• Proficiency in using Figma to create sketches and specifications for our digital solutions
• High-level skill when communicating design argumentation to increase understanding and involvement across teams and subject areas
• Listening and curious – ability to both give and receive feedback and actively use this in further work with the product
