Do you speak and write Danish and want to contribute to protect our customers against fraud, and develop within one of Scandinavia’s leading credit market companys? Join us! 
We are now looking for a new Danish speaking colleague to join our team either in Stockholm, Oslo or Trondheim, to handle our Nordic customers with main focus on the Danish customers. 
Fraud & Chargeback is responsible for protecting our customers when it comes to fraud and chargebacks. Through our advanced fraud management system, we identify irregular patterns or suspicious transactions 24/7, giving us the possibility to check with our customers if a transaction is genuine or fraudulent. Fraud & Chargeback is also responsible for all case handling of customer claims in regards to fraud and chargebacks, and we make sure our customers are protected according to the terms & conditions.

Your role at Entercard

  • In your daily work, you always seek solutions to find ways of working to improve our customer experience
  • Effectively monitor and investigate irregular patterns and suspicious transactions and check with our customers whether the transaction is genuine or not
  • Contact with customers and stakeholders by phone and e-mail
  • Handle disputes from our customers according to terms &conditions and MasterCard’s regulations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of professional processes and procedures
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal parties and document valuable knowledge transfer from other Business Units
  • Participate in specific projects related to training and continuous part of development of the team
