Stilling: Klinisk Applikasjonspesialist

Arbeidsoppgaver:

Gjennomføre workshops og opplæringsøkter med kunder, for å skape en funksjonell løsning i samarbeid med kunden og tilpasset kundens behov.
Konfigurering av DNV Imatis-programvaren, slik at vi maksimerer verdien for kunden og for DNV Imatis.
Aktiv deltakelse i testing av løsninger, for å sikre god kvalitet i løsningene.
Utarbeidelse av funksjonell dokumentasjon for implementerte løsninger, for å beskrive .
Støtte salgsavdelingen ved besvarelse av funksjonelle krav i anbudsprosesser.
Bidra til salgsarbeidet gjennom pre-salg og demonstrasjoner.
Assistanse til supportavdelingen ved feilsøking og konfigurering av ulike kundeløsninger.

Kvalifikasjoner:

Høyere helsefaglig utdanning eller relevant erfaring fra lignende stilling.
Klinisk erfaring fra spesialist- eller kommunehelsetjenesten.
Teknisk interesse kombinert med helsefaglig bakgrunn.
Evne til å prestere under press og levere ekstra innsats når det trengs.
Struktur og oppgaveoversikt.

God skriftlig kommunikasjonsevne på både norsk og engelsk.
