Warehouse Manager

As our Warehouse Manager you will play a key role in executing efficient warehouse and logistics services to ensure on time delivery and customer success.

• Drive HSE performance and ensure that every day at work is a safe day
• Lead, manage and develop the warehouse team
• Contribute to a working environment enabling development of personnel and employee satisfaction
• Ensure for inventory accuracy within the warehouses
• Lead all warehouse activity within the TechnipFMC Ågotnes base
• Continuously improve the flow within the warehouse execution and ensure on time delivery to internal and external customers
• Cooperate with workshops, procurement, planning and logistics as well as external stake holders to improve flow to and from the warehouse

• You have abilities in leadership and team building, with the ability to motivate people to successfully complete team objectives
• You like to develop people and like to continuously improve the way we work
• You have a bachelor degree within logistics or similar and minimum 5 years of experience within the area of warehouse and inventory management. Experience might compensate for the lack of formal education
• You have good Norwegian and English skills
• You are structured, proactive and have the ability to work both independently as well as in a team
• It is an advantage if you have good SAP skills within Inventory and Warehouse Management
