Join our global marketing team to develop our portfolio and grow our industrial tank coatings business!

The main purpose of this position is to capitalise on the key drivers of relevant customer groupings within the scope of Chemical and Mechanical Resistance (tank coatings and cargo hold solutions) and develop a profitable portfolio for Jotun and our customers.

Join us and be part of Jotun Performance Coatings' forward-looking and experienced marketing team. Location of the position can be discussed although it would be great to have you here at our international Headquarter in Sandefjord, Norway or our regional office for the Middle East in Dubai. Alternative locations could be one of our regional offices in Asia.

Responsibilities

Consolidate and monitor global trends in the tank industry to ensure these are included in brand strategies and long-term innovation plans.

Develop brand strategies, road maps and long-term innovation plans for the assigned brands. This will be done by

ensuring that a relevant, competitive, and profitable portfolio is maintained for the target customer groups contributing to the overall growth target of Jotun Performance Coatings

Be a Project Manager for selected key projects given high priority with a global scope, by managing cross-functional project teams, developing business cases, coordinating deliverables from relevant stakeholders and introducing new products in combination with sales tools for use in the global market.

Maintain products in service and monitor usage, feedback, positioning, and profitability to ensure expected return on investment, quality standards and brands recognition.

Facilitate and chair communication between the Regional Category Managers to ensure that Jotun benefits from good initiatives ongoing in all regions through common focus and alignment.

In order for you to be successful and enjoy this position, we believe you have technical or commercial experience related to the tank coating business from shipping or energy industries. Project Management ability is desired. Our work language is English, and we are currently 88 different nationalities working together. You thrive in a diverse work culture, enjoy visiting different countries and are prepared for ~50-60 travelling days per year.
