We are currently preparing for the next phase in the development of Kitemill and are therefore seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our team in the capacity of Software Engineer. 

Our ideal candidate possesses expertise in developing software solutions, especially for aerospace applications, and are adept at working with a range of technologies such as embedded software, databases, machine learning, web development, Julia, Elexir, LangChain, python, C++, HTML, MATLAB, and more. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for airborne wind energy systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
  • Test and debug software components to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest software development trends and technologies.
  • Ensure software complies with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and documentation to the engineering and support teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and development tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
