We are looking for an experienced Project Planner!

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for a temporary Senior Professional position in Project Planning and Reporting!
 

• Handle documentation from Contractors and Suppliers accurately and promptly to prevent project delays.

• Develop Integrated Project Schedules and detail schedules in alignment with project frameworks.

• Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.

• Ensure compliance of Contractor and Vendor Project Plans with the overall project schedule.

• Drive project baseline processes for planning in line with guidelines and best practices.

• Analyze schedule impacts for proposed or implemented changes.

• Coordinate planning/scheduling input for monthly reporting, collaborating closely with project team members.

• MSc or BSc in Business Administration, Engineering, or a technical certificate in Construction Management.

• Daily hands-on experience with Professional Project Planning software

• Experience with Schedule Risk Analysis tools and methodology.

• Knowledge and experience with PEM

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Preferable experience with Early Phase/FEED project planning (DG1, DG2, DG3) and related planning and scheduling deliverables.

• Preferable experience with planning turnarounds and topside modifications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Norwegian and English.

• 6-9 years of relevant experience
