The position

By joining our team as a Project Leader in Exploration & Production Norway you will have the opportunity to:

• Work on a multidisciplinary portfolio of topside modification projects, working in close collaboration with internal and external technical and commercial professionals.

• Actively take part in a Delivery Entity portfolio team and a Competence Centre; contributing to the work environment, delivering on team prioritisations, engaging, sharing and learning.

• Lead and motivate project teams (including contractors) to deliver safe and efficient projects.

• Establish good communication and set clear expectations with all stakeholders.

• Contribute to continuous improvement related to project management and development.

• Take responsibility for improvement targets and drive change accordingly.

For this position, we are also looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree within a relevant area, such as technical, commercial, or project management.

• Experience with projects at processing facilities or equivalent is desirable.

• Someone who is willing to occasionally work offshore; necessary training will be provided.

• A highly commercial mindset and a good technical understanding.

• A passion for creating value and working collaboratively to deliver solutions that meet the needs of the company.

• A desire to set direction, motivate and empower project teams, and deliver results; supported by strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
