About the role:

As a Collection & Recovery Advisor, you will play a crucial role in negotiating and implementing solutions for customers facing financial challenges. You will be part of a dedicated team and work closely with the collection process to ensure appropriate actions in accordance with current laws and regulations. The role offers opportunities for personal and professional development, and you will be involved in helping customers through various financial situations.


Main tasks:

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding relief options such as interest rate reductions and payment deferrals.
  • Evaluating our Danish customers' financial situations and offering suitable solutions.
  • Assisting the collection agency with information and handling disputes.
  • Regularly updating the collection agency for effective recovery.
  • Representing the bank in the Conciliation Board.

We are looking for you who:

  • Can communicate fluent in Danish, both oral and written.
  • Has strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Has an interest in or knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Is service-minded with great attention to detail and the ability to handle complex situations.
  • Education in law or economics is an advantage.

Form of employment: Full-time

Working hours: Hybrid office and flexible hours. Core hours between 9-15.
