Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions is looking for a Task Lead with experience in onshore or offshore projects. The project is based in Trondheim and will be led from there.

Position Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to the project execution model and schedule.
• Focus on HSSE, quality, and improvement within budget constraints.
• Drive financial results for both the client and our company.
• Prioritize functional design solutions for system functionality, HSSE, and cost reduction.
• Conduct milestone reviews with a focus on execution.
• Implement corrective actions as needed and agreed upon.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated commitment to strong work ethics and proactive problem-solving.
• In-depth understanding of Norwegian legislation and standards.
• Fluent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
• Customer-focused with extensive experience in project leadership.
• Possesses a commercial mindset and can work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to identify and implement solutions while meeting customer needs, known for accuracy, adaptability, and strong organizational abilities.
