We are looking for Piping/Piping Layout Engineer

Job Description:

• Perform general layout evaluations and piping layout activities by using Aveva E3D modelling & Draft tools.
• Evaluate access, working environment and material handling in physical layout and design.

• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Preferably experienced within Oil & Gas, Offshore Wind layouts and Hydrogen projects
• 10-15 years + experience layout design, E3D/PDMS modelling
• Experience with concept development work
• Experience and understanding in Greenfield and Brownfield design
• Knowledge of rules and regulations for layout design

• Have multidiscipline understanding and act proactive, seeking advice/share experience in design processes.
• Cooperative working attitude and participate in design reviews.
• Layout and design based on NorSok knowledge and have loyalty to project deadlines and quality requirements. Some offshore-, fabrication- and commissioning- and site support experience preferred.
• Intercultural competence and acceptance for multicultural working teams, have to be acknowledged.
• Good communication skills in English required, spoken and in writing. Norwegian language skills will be appreciated but is not required for the position. However, willingness to learn Norwegian is still a requirement.
