Delivering a broad assortment of high-quality, affordable groceries to thousands of doorsteps is a complex process, but we believe we’ve cracked the code. As a Team Lead Driver at Oda, your role is to lead a group of drivers on the morning shift. You'll ensure they arrive on time for pickups and deliveries, keep customers happy, and work well together with other driver teams. You'll also drive routes and deliver groceries and packages to customers, so if you like working together with and lead others, care about making customers happy, and enjoy staying active, we believe this job is for you!

What you’ll do as a Team Lead with us

• As a Driver Team Lead, you also drive routes and deliver food and packages to customers
• Ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency during the shift
• Assigning tasks to available drivers
• Planning and assigning routes on weekends
• Maintaining the car fleet by changing light bulbs, topping up fluids, and keeping cars clean
• Training and coaching new drivers, as well as developing the team
• Improving routines and processes to meet delivery and team goals
• Cleaning delivery areas, removing pallets, and supporting day-to-day tasks as directed by managers

Qualifications

• Driving license (Class B) with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience
• Norwegian/Scandinavian language and English
• Experience in team lead positions or leading teams
• Experience in Driver positions is required
• Have general knowledge of Google Sheets

• Working hours morning: 05:15-14:00
• Rotation: weekdays + every fourth Saturday & Sunday
