About the role

We strive to be an organization where you as an analyst can develop and be challenged, both personally and within analytics. To enable your work, you will have access to flexible and robust data platforms both for analytics and visualization. To help you in your quest for insight you will be supported by data professionals in a Nordic Data and Analytics unit. 

About the team

In this role you will be working in a Nordic agile team of analysts collaborating on increasing insights and supporting the business with reporting and analysis. This will be done through providing insights on activities, customer satisfaction and business performance in our Mobility and Partner channels. 

Who are you?

We think that you have a general interest in analytics and customers. You have previously worked with analytics, and are a positive, sharing and proactive person. You love digging into data, and you see a great challenge in handling complex data, testing, validating and transforming it into insights. We also believe that you are able to communicate clearly with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating actionable insights from large volumes of data.
• Building visualizations to support business in understanding performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Connecting data and insights to strategies to improve the customer journey.
• Proactively identifying new opportunities within data and analytics.
• Supporting users in their understanding of data & analytics, including evaluation of business results and communication with users.

You also have:                   

• Excellent skills in data transformation and programming in SQL with an experience or/and interest of using Python.
• Data visualization experience from BI tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficiency with analytical methods.
• Relevant university degree or in the final stages of master’s degree.
• Fluent or proficient level of language knowledge of English - we work across the Nordics.
