About the role

We are looking for a Product Innovation coordinator to ensure strong execution of product launches in the Scandinavian markets. You will assist the innovation team in developing product content for Scandinavia related to, among other things, burgers, packaging, desserts etc. and ensure strong project management with colleagues in marketing and other functions.  

In the role, you will also communicate with several different roles and departments both internally and externally, so it is therefore important that you enjoy communicating with people and be able to adapt your communication to the person you are talking to. As a person, you must be organized, detail-oriented and have a high energy level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure good execution and roll-out of new product launches by being responsible for registration, approvals, restaurant information and other marketing campaign preparations.
• Being in close contact with the Operational restaurants, Supply Chain and Quality team in various projects and collaborations within the organization.
• Assist the Innovation team in developing products related to, among other things, burgers, packaging, desserts etc.

Requirements

• Higher education (at least bachelor's) within innovation, management, marketing, business development, hotel and restaurant management or similar.
• 1-2 years of work experience in marketing, project management or economics, it is an advantage if its from the QSR or retail industry.
• Project management, ability to work in an organized structured way while being a creative problem solver
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian and English, verbally and in writing.
