As an Automation/Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of automation systems for a variety of energy development projects, including Oil & Gas, Offshore Wind, and alternative energy initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

Job Description

• Designing automation solutions 

• Taking on Automation Lead roles in studies when necessary.

• Defining, specifying, and designing automation and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SAS) systems during the study phase.

• Developing strategies for remote operation, remote diagnostics, cybersecurity, and information communication technology (ICT) integration.

• Participating in and organizing meetings, workshops, and reviews related to the automation discipline.

• Collaborating with other disciplines, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless integration.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in automation engineering within greenfield Oil & Gas or HVDC projects.

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in automation and SAS system design activities and reviews.

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in automation engineering within Oil & Gas brownfield projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

• Experience in automation system design in FEED or study phase projects.

• Deep knowledge of automation design standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, ISO, DNVGL, and IEC.
