Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a professional who enjoys organizing, coordinating, and structuring systems and routines for our courses and programs. Attention to detail is essential, particularly when dealing with technical aspects of digital tools.


The ideal candidate has experience with marketing multimedia design and social media platforms, and in creating visually compelling content. Experience with using data to evaluate and improve deliveries will be beneficial.


Typical work tasks can be:

  • Maintain the structure of Aker BP Academy, our in-house learning hub.
  • Responsible for maintaining all our operational deliveries internally and externally.
  • Create and produce marketing multimedia content such as videos, presentations, infographics, and interactive modules to enhance learning and development.
  • Advise and train our employees in our company's development opportunities.
  • Super user in learning system and digital tools such as Microsoft 365.
  • Administer and coordinate operational courses, programs, and gatherings.
  • Supplier follow-up.


Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree within business administration, marketing, project or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years' of experience with a track record of organizing and structuring systems for courses and programs or similar.
  • Experience working with digital tools such as Microsoft 365.
  • Fluent/good in Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing.
  • Necessary training to succeed will be provided.
