We are seeking a Group Controller to join our team either in Limassol, Cyprus, or Arendal, Norway. As a Group Controller, you will play a vital role in overseeing our accounting processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and driving continuous improvement in our financial reporting systems.

Requirements:

ACCA/ACA qualification (applicable for Cyprus only)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting
Proven ability to meet strict deadlines with a professional attitude
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Familiarity with accounting software and reporting tools (e.g., ERP systems, business intelligence tools). Experience with MS D365 will be considered an advantage
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
Fluency in English
Flexibility for travel

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the implementation of new accounting systems and reporting tools for the group
Administer and maintain accounting and reporting systems
Assist in optimizing the utilization of current and new systems
Analyze the accounting process and propose improvements
Assist in establishing procedures for the group
Interpret and analyze P&L and balance sheets of group subsidiaries
Ensure compliance and consistency with corporate accounting policies across subsidiary accounting records
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activities
