About the Role:

As the Head of Maintenance & Asset Management, you'll take charge of overseeing all maintenance and technical operations across our facilities. Your mission will be to guarantee that our equipment, facilities, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards, ensuring uninterrupted operations and optimal efficiency. You'll be at the forefront of strategic maintenance planning, leading initiatives to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead the maintenance of all equipment, facilities, and infrastructure, ensuring peak operational performance
Develop and execute strategic maintenance plans (PMO) to optimize schedules and reduce operational disruptions
Head a skilled team of technicians and maintenance staff, nurturing a culture of outstanding performance, teamwork, and ongoing enhancement
Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and regulations, prioritizing the well-being of our team and the integrity of our operations
Oversee budget management and cost control efforts for the maintenance and technical departments, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic investment in our facilities

Qualifications:

A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, asset management, or a related field, equipping you with the technical and strategic acumen for this role
Proven experience in a leadership position within maintenance or technical operations, demonstrating your ability to manage complex projects and lead teams to success
Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of motivating teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement
Comprehensive understanding of maintenance planning, budget management, and cost control practices
Experience in cross-functional collaboration, adept at integrating technical and maintenance needs with overarching organizational goals
