Job Description

As a Senior Consultant or Manager within our M&A Transaction Services team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting due diligence services and providing transaction advisory services to buyers and sellers
• Analyzing financial data to identify key value drivers and underlying profitability
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive transaction analyses
• Leading project teams and coordinating workflow to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
• Building and maintaining client relationships to drive business development opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in M&A or transaction-related projects, with a proven track record of contributing to successful transactions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze large amounts of data to draw insights.
• Capacity for critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to details.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage workflow effectively, ensuring deliverables are completed within established timelines
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables to clients.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in finance, including at least two years in M&A.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong financial and accounting background.
