The position

By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:
  • Understand what matters to the business and run medium-to-large digital projects to drive and implement change in a complex business environment.
  • Take a holistic view of the company and solve key business issues utilising various teams' technological and business knowledge.
  • Deliver projects in line with corporate priorities and provide required business outcome.
  • Enable innovation and continuous improvement within the scope of your projects.
  • Be hands-on and empower the people delivering on your project to make decisions.
  • Contribute to developing the project management discipline within digital deliveries.

You

  • Certification, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management (including agile) or Management. Relevant working experience may compensate for lack of education.
  • 10+ years proven record of managing medium-to-large digital projects driving and implementing change.
  • Eagerness to bridge business strategy and technology.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • High level of integrity and well-developed self-awareness.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
  • Competence or interest within one or several of the following domains is an advantage:

            - Information and cyber security;
            - SAP;
            - Safety, security and sustainability solutions;
            - Supply chain solutions;
            - Solutions for corporate functions like human resources, management system, legal, finance & control.
