Morrow Bank (formerly Komplett Bank) is such a bank, we have established ourselves as a solid niche player and can show strong growth with good profitability. We are now in a new exciting phase with a new name/brand aiming to take the bank to the next level. We work as a team with pace, short decision-making paths and close collaboration. Our commercial department is a small, highly competent team with the aim of strengthening the bank within new and existing sales channels. In this context, the development of CRM is very important and crucial for success.

As Head of CRM you will drive Morrow Bank’s CRM by owning, lead and develop the strategy and it´s platforms and tools. You will lead cross-functions of specialists with the aim of together develop new, improved best-in-market customer journeys, using agile approaches. As CRM product owner you need to be an expert, in order to make good, detailed specifications and requirements (features). The role is broad from strategy work to development of templates to be used in the CRM platform.

This position requires a dynamic leader who can integrate CRM platforms and tools into the bank’s operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience. With a focus on digital transformation and a collaborative work environment, the right candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the bank’s future.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Develop a CRM fundament across all countries and push the drive to deliver the best customer journeys possible
  • CRM Management to interpret customer needs and reflect this into our finance product enhancements
  • Own and lead advanced configuration of CRM System
  • Ensure holistic operational planning, execution and support by taking lead towards peers and commercial team
  • Support and ensure content development
  • Develop templates to be used in CRM platform
  • Define requirements for reports and analysis from different functions within the bank (Risk, Operations, IT etc) in order to get the insights that helps us deliver improved results and customer experiences
We think you should have:
  • Solid experience with CRM platforms, strategy and day-to-day work
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on specialist experience with all areas of CRM (Platforms, Data handling, Commercial perspective)
  • Knowledge with data models, data mining, predictive modelling and how to integrate with CRM
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, HTML in email, CSS in email, SQL, Java Script and API
  • Interest and insight of CRM systems in the market, it´s functionality and requirements needed
