Are you our new teacher for Technical Design - Architectural?

Are you passionate about BIM and skilled in 3D modeling software? We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient individual to join our team as an Online Vocational Teacher. This position primarily involves guiding and supporting Technical Design (TED) Architectural Students through our online platform, assessing their assignments, and contributing to the development of new study materials focused on Building Information Modelling (BIM).

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on assignments submitted by TED Architectural Students.
• Engage with students through our online forum, offering guidance and support to facilitate their learning experience.
• Collaborate with the Content Writer to create innovative online study materials tailored to the BIM curriculum.

Qualification:

·       BIM Manager or BIM Coordinator.

·       Professional experience as a BIM Manager/Coordinator.

·       Experience with Autodesk Revit and Solibri.

·       Experienced in project management, Gantt, ICE, and VDC.

·       Excellent in technical documentation.

·       Strong communication skills in English.

·       Strong computer skills.

·       Good writing skills.

·       Creative.

·       Knows how to prioritize tasks and manage delivery deadlines.

It’s a big plus if the candidate has experience in

·       Educated in BIM-K (BIM technician, construction)

·       Experience with Dynamo (visual scripting.)

·       Experience with planning processes (practical use of ICE)

·       Educated in building construction.

·       Bachelor's degree in engineering (RIB), architecture, or alternative experience in the construction industry.

·       Navisworks/Synchro, Naviate, MS Office (MS Project and Microsoft BI).

·       Video editing.

·       Teaching and pedagogy.
