About the Company:

Wongraven Wines is the largest wine brand in the Norwegian market. We operate as an independent company while enjoying the strength of being a part of the Anora Group, the leading wine and spirits brand house in the Nordic region.

Fourteen years ago, Sigurd Wongraven established the wine production company, Wongraven Wines. Today we can proudly say that it is the strongest company within the wine business in Norway: 2 million liters of wine sold in 2023, and we are now hiring to reflect our ambition to establish ourselves outside Norway, with particular emphasis on Sweden.

Wongraven Wines produces a wide range of quality wines. From Champagne in France to Barolo in Italy, and all the way to locally produced craft beer in Norway. We have a strong emphasis on sustainability in our wine production.

Who we are looking for:

We are now looking for an Operations Manager to function as a hub for the company’s other two employees, and as a point of contact for our partners and our owners. As the candidate will be engaged in a wide range of tasks, we are looking for an individual with a versatile skill set and strong work ethics.

• A strong work ethic and ability to execute is key as you will be measured on the delivery of result.
• The courage to engage and be proactive to get things done. In a small team, everyone must contribute and get to work where there are unsolved matters.
• Be able to function and perform as part of a small team of three, while at the same time being able to maneuver within a larger corporation like Anora, which is our mothership.
• Possess a strong commercial understanding as you will be involved in some production, marketing, and sales matters.
• Show a good understanding of data and office systems as using that is an integral part of our daily work.
• Fluent spoken and written English
