Recruitment and People Partner (parental leave cover, one year)

We are now looking for a talented and motivated team member to join our People Team as a Recruitment and People Partner on one-year basis as parental leave cover.

As a Recruiter and People Partner, you will play a crucial role by overseeing the recruitment process and providing HR-related support to the organization.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment process and supporting hiring teams with sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs to develop effective recruitment process.
• Planning and executing on employer branding initiatives in recruitment where applicable.
• Driving operational HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers on a range of issues, related to Norwegian Labour Law, employee engagement, company policy interpretation etc
• Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as needed to support the People Team team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

What we think you need to succeed:

• Relevant education/degree in HR or related field. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in tech industry
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including employment law and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, employees, and management teams at all levels.
• Proficiency in relevant HR-related tools, systems and applications
• Fluency in English is a must; Nordic language capabilities are highly beneficial

This position is a temporary role covering parental leave, with an expected duration of one year.

The position is located in Oslo or Trondheim.

The candidate will report to the Head of People, Learning and Development, and will work closely with colleagues in People Team, Volue employees in Nordics and Volue leaders internationally.
