Agile Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Scrum Master . As an Agile Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating scrum events, coaching the team and stakeholders in the value of Agile principles, and fostering an agile mindset within the organization. You will empower the team to take ownership of their processes and continuously improve their way of working. Additionally, you will be responsible for removing impediments that hinder the team's progress.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team and stakeholders in the value of Agile principles and practices.
• Empower the team to own and improve their way of working.
• Identify and help remove impediments to the team's progress.
• Utilize your expertise to guide the team through the transition from project to product mindset.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change towards agility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience as an Agile coach, guiding teams through Agile adoption and transformation.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with change management from Project to Product mindset.
• Familiarity with scaling frameworks such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Scrum of Scrums.
• Knowledge of other frameworks like Lean is a plus.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
