As a Logging Operation Supervisor you will combine your troubleshooting and problem solving skills together with your planning experience to deliver top quality logging services.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the correct planning and execution for our clients. Together with the team of engineers and log analysts you will take part in the dialogue both before and after execution, but also to prepare the final deliverables to the customers.

An important part of this role will be to communicate and coordinate between mechanical, logging and our alliance partners to ensure that required resources are available.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure that required programs, tool sketches, tension simulations, mobilization lists. etc are prepared and communicated with relevant parties.
The Logging Operation Supervisor has the personnel responsibility and follow-up for the Field Engineers dedicated to his/her account.
Participate in investigation of service improvement notifications related to equipment and/or services supplied through Scope of Work; report the findings, root causes, learning, preventative measures, and construction actions in a timely manner to Company's representative.
Assist to ensure support of offshore operations on a daily basis.
Participate in logging duty rotation, and occasionally travel offshore on field operations or training / audit when required.

Together with your previous experience (minimum 3 years) within Logging, your creativity and ability to focus on details will be a great asset to our team. Your feedback and ability to see possibilities to maximize value creation under existing contracts will be key to ensure development and strong deliveries to our customers.

Education and experience:

A technical bachelor’s degree and/or trade certificate (petroleum, mechanical or similar)
Long WL Logging experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
Offshore experience as a field engineer.
