Why do we need a Cloud Operations Engineer?

The team consists of three talented people who are the authorities in their field within the company. We’re looking for someone to implement, maintain, and secure IaaS technologies on multiple platforms to support our growing global user audience.

What about the job?

The main responsibilities in this role will be to create, maintain and monitor our technical infrastructure, advise on short and long-term technical infrastructure roadmap and maintain technical documentation of routines and architecture. Another important part of the job will be to facilitate Agile development and support continuous integration.

Some of the technologies we use are Amazon, Azure, Splunk, Slack, GitHub, CrowdStrike, InTune, Google Workspace, Asset Panda, StatusCake, and more.

What will it take?

The colleague we are looking for has relevant higher education and/or work experience, preferably with provisioning IaaS cloud products from Amazon AWS and/or Azure. This person is also unafraid of databases and scripting languages, strives to improve themselves and everyone around them, and has a passion for technology. Proven pool/snook skills would be an advantage in the company tournaments.
