We are recruiting for redeployment project for the Baleine Field in Côte d’Ivoire. Altera Infrastructure has been selected by Eni and its partner Petroci for using the Voyageur Spirit on Baleine Field in Côte d’Ivoire. The Voyageur Spirit will undergo upgrade and life extension work in Dubai, to be ready for a firm operating period of 15 years on Baleine.
 

The PTW Coordinator will be responsible for managing the Commissioning Permit to Work (PTW) System. This role involves various tasks such as preparing PTW training, assisting users with PTW preparation, verifying work scopes on PTW applications, maintaining isolation registers, and ensuring safety requirements and precautions are adhered to.


Job Description

  • Prepare necessary Commissioning PTW training for personnel at JSPL Shipyard(s).

  • Assist users in preparing Commissioning PTWs and verify the scope of work.

  • Maintain Electrical and Process/Mechanical isolation registers and control Lock-out Tag-out (LOTO) cabinets.

  • Ensure all construction work in commissioning controlled areas is covered by Commissioning PTWs.

  • Verify that all safety requirements, precautions, and support documents are specified on PTW applications.

  • Participate in toolbox talks to ensure PTW applicants understand their work scope and safety requirements.

  • Check for conflicts between PTW applications and resolve potential hazardous situations.

  • Review and submit PTW applications to daily meetings and administer the PTW office.

  • Maintain accurate registers of issued Commissioning PTWs and archive completed PTWs.

  • Liaise with relevant personnel on PTW system issues and report to JSPL Management.

 

Qualification Requirements

  • National recognized Safety qualification/Diploma in associated Safety Discipline.

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role with a proactive attitude towards safe working requirements.

  • At least 5 years' experience from Asian/Middle East shipyards.

  • Experience in a minimum of 3 FPSO conversion/FPSO redeployment projects.

  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, and experienced in procedure writing.
