Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with experience in the salmon farming industry and ideally around fish health, feeding operations or water quality at a farm level. In strong coordination with the technical team (data scientists, marine biologists and our fish health biologist), the candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the services provided to Bioceanor’s customers, in Norway and other salmon producing countries.

This role will be based at Marineholmen in Bergen, with the flexibility for remote work options upon request. Furthermore, for the right candidate, opportunities for placement in other regions of the country can also be considered. The position can be tailored to suit full or part-time commitments based on individual preferences and qualifications.

Key responsibilities

-         Customer Success Management with existing customers in salmon farming industry (Norway, Chile, UK, Canada, Australia...)

-         Provide operational perspective into the discussions with our partners to further support on-going integration/co-construction (technology, fish health, feed).

-         Contribute to on-going R&D activities, in Norway, and beyond, around water quality in general, and dissolved oxygen and algae blooms in particular.

Requirements

-         At least 1 year of operational experience in aquaculture.

-         Proficient communication skills in Norwegian and English.

-         Motivation to join a dynamic startup with a strong growth trajectory, headquartered in France.

-         Self-driven, structured, with a strong ability to work collaboratively.

-         Results- and solution-oriented, capable of driving continuous improvements.

-         Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally, including visits to our headquarters in France, attendance at conferences and customer visits.

In addition, the following qualifications are preferred, but not required:

-         Higher education within aquaculture or relevant fields.

-         Communication skills in French or Spanish.
