We are looking for an HSE Specialist for our team in Stavanger, Norway! As our HSE Specialist, you will develop, implement, and maintain Safety, Health & Environmental (HSE) procedures according to Norwegian legislation and internal company rules and procedures. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel in accordance with company health, safety and environment safety guidelines and procedures.
Ensure that Roxar (Norway) performs all activities according to the Norwegian Internal Control regulations.
Work together with manager and parent company representatives to deploy HSE strategy to support the overall strategic business plan for the company.
Planning and performance of internal HSE audits and inspections in close co-operation with the Main Safety Delegate and verify that all Roxar’s activities are carried out in accordance with requirements.
Co-ordinate HSE activities, including HSE training, across the company and proactively direct departments and staff in HSE matters.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Engineering / University degree within EHS management, or relevant degree.
Relevant experience from the Oil & Gas or comparable industry.
Excellent EHS legislation knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Performance of internal audits and safety walks.
Preferable experience within EHS-related investigations.
Skilled in writing procedures and reports.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint.
