Engasjert og fremoverlent HSSEQ koordinator

We are looking for a proactive, dedicated, and self-driven HSSEQ Coordinator.

The coordinator will join our passionate and dedicated team and work closely toghether with our excellent crew and office staff with the daily HSSEQ work in our fleet and at the office location.

Main tasks

• Contribute to the development of the safety and quality management system.
• Assist ships and office staff in HSSEQ-related matters through active follow-up and cooperation
• Plan, arrange, and conduct HSSEQ training
• Contribute and motivate to good report handling on board and in the office through monitoring and follow-up of reports
• Analyse, evaluate, and follow up HSSEQ reports within own responsibility area
• Analyse reports, prepare statistics/reports including suggestions for improvement, and distribute as required.
• Contribute to planning, preparation, and execution of internal/external audits per relevant regulations when required.
• Facilitate and accomplish risk assessments as required
• Contribute to planning, preparation, and execution of risk assessments and incident investigations when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor in HSE or Quality assurance or
• 3+years’ experience in similar positions, preferably within the maritime or offshore industry

The position reports to HSSEQ & Marine Manager.

Some travel activities is a part of the position
