As the Department Manager ICT, you'll oversee a team of managers and engineers in an IT environment. Your responsibilities will include personnel management, strategic planning, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch Network, Server & Cyber Security solutions for our Automation Delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department personnel, fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration.
• Strategically plan resources to meet the demands of our business units, ensuring optimal sizing and allocation.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, prioritizing employee well-being.
• Manage departmental budgets and deliver on Kongsberg Maritime KPIs.
• Build up competence & capacity for ITC project engineering that deliver Network, Server & Cyber security solutions for Automation Delivery.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Higher technical education or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years of managerial experience in an automation environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in IT Network, Servers, and Cyber Security.
• Familiarity with automation systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Alignment with KOG values.
