Meticulous Technician for Cutting-Edge Technology Company

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly meticulous and disciplined Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform technical tasks and processes where attention to detail, a methodical approach, and adherence to strict protocols are critical for maintaining contamination-free conditions. Part of the tasks will be performed in a cleanroom environment. The tasks include managing mechanical assemblies with the strictest tolerances and the highest precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow cleanroom protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) meticulously to prevent contamination.
• Perform assembly, inspection, and testing of products with high precision and care.
• Handle and process materials and equipment in accordance with cleanroom regulations.
• Monitor and maintain cleanroom facilities and equipment to ensure optimal operation conditions are met.
•  Document all processes and results accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining detailed records as required by company policies and regulatory standards.
• Wear and maintain appropriate cleanroom garments and personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times within the cleanroom.
• Participate in regular cleanroom cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure a contamination-free environment.
• Identify and report any deviations from standard cleanroom conditions or procedures to supervisors immediately.
• Assist in the validation and calibration of cleanroom equipment and processes.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on cleanroom technologies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the cleanroom facility.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or associate's degree or certification in a technical field is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Good manual dexterity and coordination for handling delicate products and tools.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes.
• Strong communication skills in English and also preferably Norwegian.
• Teamwork skills.
