Capsol Technologies is seeking a committed and motivated Program Manager who would enjoy becoming a key player in our company and taking a great deal of responsibility in the development and implementation of carbon capture projects for a growing worldwide client base and develop new technology together with our great team!

Our cutting-edge carbon capture technologies are critical components of this transition, and we are expanding our team with a Program Manager to meet the growing demand for our unique solutions!

Your tasks include:

• Head the technology demonstration team, ensuring seamless coordination from budgeting to execution.
• Drive the strategy and development of the CapsolGo® program.
• Take ownership of project related KPIs including timely delivery, client satisfaction and budget conformity.
• P+L responsibility for all technology demonstration campaigns.
• Drive HSE excellence for our on-site activities.
• Lead sales projects for future technology demonstration campaigns.
• Foster a culture of innovation across the company.
• Direct reports: 5-10 employees with technical and or commercial background

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background. Experience in carbon capture is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align technology demonstration program with broader business objectives.
• Proven experience in leading teams.
• Ability to analyse market data, financial information, and contractual terms to make informed business decisions.
• Ability to analyse and understand the technical aspects of Capsol Technologies' solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

You should possess a strong self-drive, intrinsic motivation, and be ready to travel regularly. Your technical understanding, preferably in carbon capture, should be robust, complemented by confidence in client interactions. Being a team player and socially adept is crucial. Proficiency in verbal and written English is required, with knowledge of other European languages considered advantageous. Moreover, your ability to thrive in a multicultural environment is essential.
