Aker Solutions’ Life Cycle segment focuses on execution of modifications & maintenance that improve operations and extends life span of energy facilities on- and offshore. The segment is also responsible for electrification projects on existing facilities as well as offshore maintenance for the renewables sector.

To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions in Stavanger is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer - Local Design & Analysis who can help us succeed.

What will you be doing?

Structural analysis & design which involves:
Concept and layout development of structures
Analysis and hand calculations of secondary- & outfitting structures
Development of installation- or removal methods including preparation of method descriptions
Some practical experience needed to be able to come up with good solutions together with our client

We think you should have some of the following:

Do you have Msc, Bsc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience.
Senior structural analysis experience from the offshore business
5-10 years experience
Practical experience necessary
Available for work in Norway
Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player
