Technical Engineer M365

The application team is responsible for configuring and customizing applications to align with business requirements, user preferences, and security best practices. Providing recommendations for continuous improvement through leveraging technology to drive organizational success.

Your main responsibility will be nothing short of extraordinary:

• Have a holistic view of the Microsoft 365 solution in KDI.
• Operations and maintenance of KDI's M365 Platform in regard to SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business and Office 365.
• Develop and implement new M365 functionality, drive the development of the platform to support KDI's usage and requirements.
• Security/Secure solutions including access reviews.
• Create and maintain Azure Access Packages
• Monitor, develop and improve the usage of our Power Platform solution.
• Automation of KDI working processes for more efficient ways of working
• Hands-on troubleshooting and 2nd/3rd line support
• Cooperation with the business to solve challenges and develop new solutions based on business requirements.

Having a background and experience in the field would be incredibly valuable:

• Proven experience in administrating the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps
• Strong proficiency in use of PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure Access Packages
• Experience of Infrastructure as a Code (IaaC), eg. Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with work related to integrations and API.
• Good understanding of IT as a business partner in the organization.
• Ability to prioritize and manage different deliverables while quickly adapting to changing priorities and demands.
• Good communications skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Norwegian.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, related technical field or equivalent working experience.
