We have an opening for a Product and Process Adviser in our Product team based at our head office in Arendal, Norway. The team focuses on the development of our insurance products and on providing cover advice, responding to our customers’ changing operations and needs.
This is a unique opportunity for professional development in an engaged and experienced team. As an adviser in the Product team, you will participate in the development of Gard’s insurance products, provide cover advice on specific topics and be part of the annual update of policy templates. Team members also host training sessions for other departments.
You will have relevant experience within marine insurance and an interest in developing Gard’s product portfolio. You have an improvement mindset and a focus on delivering high-quality cover advice.
The person we are looking for:
Is outgoing and comfortable in taking charge of tasks
Has a track record for seeing things through and timely delivery
Works independently but has good collaboration skills and likes delivering as part of a team
Enjoys working with ad hoc enquiries and is comfortable with short deadlines and rescheduling
Is well organised and has a structured approach to work
Values high service levels and the importance of "getting it right the first time"
Is self-driven, analytical and has a keen eye for details
Has experience from project management and agile methodologies
Is fluent in written and spoken English
