As an IT Delivery Manager at Avery Dennison, you’ll be responsible for leading IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and meet the business goals. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders, manage project teams, and ensure IT strategies are aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project development lifecycle: planning, execution, and delivery.
- Manage project teams, meetings, budgets, schedules, risks, and communication effectively
- Partner with finance and stakeholders and ensure project benefits are captured during intake and realized post-deployment.
- Lead with strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Advise/Update IT senior management concerning IT issues, concerns, and challenges regarding the solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Information Systems, or Software Engineering
- Experience in IT project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT software development projects that you can demonstrate is preferable
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, yet cooperatively and manage a project team
- Detail oriented and have a strong commitment to excellence, attention to detail, high accountability, ownership, responsiveness, strong customer service focus, and continual improvement mindset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Hybrid work environment
