Who is THREE60 Energy Norway?
It all started out with two petroleum engineers who wanted to provide the highest quality engineering studies, advice, and consultancy, in collaboration with selected professionals within their network. Since 2011, THREE60 Energy Norway has been steadily growing. We now have offices in Stavanger, Bergen, Oslo, Aberdeen, and Houston. We're passionate about taking on the toughest and most exciting projects worldwide, with a team of more than 300 people. Who are we looking for?
As we are growing and continuously receiving exiting assignments from clients, we are now welcoming new colleagues within several disciplines. We are especially looking for professionals with experience from field development, operations, and plug & abandonment as:

Drilling Engineers
Completion Engineers

To be relevant for THREE60, we see that you have a large degree of professional curiosity and personal integrity. We’re searching team players, with excellent cooperation skills and a desire to participate in and further develop our positive culture.

Of the formal qualities, we see that you have a master’s degree within relevant technical subjects. Experience from the Norwegian Continental Shelf is a big plus, along with digital skills, good communication skills, and a positive attitude. We are also looking for candidates with experience from MLT, ERD, HPHT, or other challenging projects.

What would be your typical work tasks and responsibilities?

Work hand-in-hand within the D&W team to ensure adequate well designs to be executed safely
Contribute to well delivery process from early phase planning to operations
Preparation of detailed operational programmes, establish well costs estimates and reporting
Identify and use appropriate technology to reduce cost and/or add value. Consider the use of digitalization to improve well planning process
Identify and share best practices and learning to ensure continuous improvement
Challenge technical solutions
Contribute to clients’ success
