Our department in Bergen is now looking for a Project Lead.

What will you be doing?

• Manage and lead projects in both study- and execution phase in accordance with planned schedule and budget
• Ensure that project are delivered with a strong HSSE and Quality performance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Strong focus on creating financial values for Client and Company
• Seek and contribute to CO2 reducing alternatives
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure that projects are delivered with minimal disruption.
• Ensure that the Project is performed in accordance with the project execution model
• Drive continous improvement to verify waste and new ways of working

We think you should have:

• You have a Bachelor or master’s degree with 5-10 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of Norwegian relevant legislation and standards
• Good communication skills written/spoken in both Norwegian and English
• A commercial behaviour and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethics and a proactive attitude
• The ability to see solutions together with meeting customer expectations and requirements
• The competency to be accurate, flexible, and organized
• Leader skills and experience
• Customer mindset and broad experience with project leadership
