AutoStore and our organization have undergone significant growth, and we are actively expanding our HR function. In order to support and drive this growth, we are seeking a new addition to our global HR team in Oslo.

As an HR Business Partner in AutoStore you will have a dedicated leadership population to support locally and globally. You will be a strategic partner to the business and work to recruit, retain and develop our people. This position reports to Vice President Human Resources, located in Haugesund, Norway.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Serve as the HR Business Partner for dedicated business populations, taking on key functional responsibilities based on background and expertise.
  • Translate business needs and strategies into actionable HR activities that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with various business units, utilizing a comprehensive range of HR tools and processes to provide support for their objectives.
  • Contribute to a data driven approach to HR, working with data quality and data analytics for reporting, decision making and a targeted approach to deliver value to the business
  • Support your leadership population in recruiting, retaining and engaging employees throughout their employee journey:

- Identify resource gaps and effective resource utilization

- Participate and support in recruitment initiatives

- Support managers in People Development activities

- Function as a strategic partner in organizational design and effectiveness discussions

  • Follow up on engagements survey and drive change activities through managers
  • Support the wider HR team in Leadership Development activities and trainings
  • Support the managers on compensation and benefits related questions together with the wider HR team
  • Ensure compliance with and adherence to global HR policies and processes
  • Contribute to and potentially lead HR projects and initiatives, showcasing expertise in Human Capital Management
  • Lead by example, embodying our core values and leadership principles. Actively contribute to creating a positive office culture and be a role model for the team, embracing the principles that define our organization.


KEY QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field relevant to HR or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role or a broader HR background with substantial expertise
  • Proven business acumen with a focus on HR perspectives
  • It is an advantage to have experience in an international organizational setting
  • Previous exposure to HCM systems like Workday is a plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills and collaborative team player. Company working language is English.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective delivery orientation and analytical mindset

Location for this role is our office at Lysaker in Oslo
