In Visma Group, we have a new and exciting role as Procurement & Compliance Manager. Our mission is to support companies in Visma in optimizing cost, achieving economy of scale, and mitigating risks - all while ensuring we are compliant. The global procurement team is accountable for all the supplier contracts made on Visma Group level.

You will have a dedicated responsibility for compliance within the team and work closely with the legal team in Visma Group. If you're passionate about refining processes in a complex technical environment and have a solid background in managing vendor contracts and associated processes, we want to hear from you! 

What will you be doing?

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage IT vendor initiatives, ensuring adoption and meeting Procurement targets across the Visma Group
• Advise on contract management, improving outcomes, and negotiating termsAlign SLAs with vendors
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives with key vendors and Visma Group companies
• Identify opportunities for Visma Group through projects and research
• Establish and improve processes for contract compliance, including vendor selection and performance monitoring
• Support the other team members on legal contract terms review, risk identification, and/or negotiation as required

Who are we looking for? 

We're on the lookout for someone with at least 5 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the software industry. If you have a passion for compliance and a solid grasp of European commercial law, you might just be the right fit for us! 

Additionally, we'd appreciate it if you:

• Have a customer-driven mindset, enjoy problem-solving, and have a pragmatic approach
• Bring experience in negotiating legal contract terms and GDPR risk assessment
• Can easily adapt to changes, navigate, and make decisions with limited information
• Demonstrate excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
