We are looking for a candidate for our position as Contract & Procurement Manager with enthusiasm and passion for building renewable energy. 

This position will be a part of the business area Construction, helping to deliver safe, predictable, and cost-effective green energy.

Main work tasks will be:

• Manage Construction pre-tender-, tender- and contract negotiation processes. Prepare Invitation to Tender and contract documents
• Ensure contract input and review from relevant parties (finance, legal, technical)
• Work closely with and support the project manager (PM) in negotiations concerning tender activities and the main EPC contracts
• Support the PM in the project execution phase in following up on contracts with suppliers, including claim and variation handling
• Manage internal and external stakeholders concerning contractual matters
• Responsible for interfaces with other departments about contracts and procurement
• Ensure that relevant procedures, policies, and other governance are followed
• Contribute actively to the improvement of Quality, HSE, and ESG
• Take responsibility for Due Diligence processes as required
• Review of NDAs, Supplier Agreements, and other contracts as required
• If required, be able to support the organization with the establishment of other contracts, reviews, and negotiations

Qualifications we look for:

• 3+ years’ experience with contracts, contract management, and procurement, preferably from construction and/ or energy generation business
• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, Engineering, or similar
• EPCI Contract knowledge is preferred
• Commercially minded and a sound business understanding
• Good understanding of Contracts
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
